DELIVERY AND RETURNS
How much does delivery cost?
Standard shipping and delivery is $9.95, or free for orders over $75 (excluding shipping charges).
Express shipping is $14.95.
Please note orders containing Fragrance Diffusers are not eligible for express shipping.
How long does standard delivery take?
All delivery timeframes are an estimate only and Crafty Inspirations will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.
Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location in Australia. For an estimate, visit the Australia Post website and enter your postcode for an estimation. Please note, orders containing a Fragrance Diffuser may take an additional day, due to being delivered.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days after full payment has been received.
For international shipments, please contact us through the ‘Contact Us’ page to arrange for a quote for freight. All duties and associated taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
What do I do if my goods are damaged or there is an issue with them?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us through the ‘Contact Us’ page or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. We may choose to replace for refund at our discretion and may request additional evidence such as photo’s etc to understand the issue you are experiencing. Unfortunately, we will not offer a refund for change of mind.
Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?
As soon as your purchase is completed, we begin the handling and packing process so we can get your items to you in a timely manner. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page or email email@example.com and we will do our best to assist where your order has not already been despatched.
Can I track my delivery?
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you require a signature for my delivery?
Yes. Orders sent via Australia Post will require a signature on delivery. If no one is home to sign for the goods, you will be left a card to pick your order up from your closest Post Office.
