Product Colours Displayed on our site

Please note that the colors of the products displayed on your computer screen may vary slightly from the actual colors of the products due to differences in monitor and display settings. We strive to accurately represent the colors of our products in our images, but we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen will perfectly match the actual product. If you have any concerns about the color of a product, please contact our customer service team for more information

Pre-orders

Customers who purchase items under pre-order status understand that they are placing an order for a product that has not yet been released and may not be available for immediate shipment. Due to the nature of pre-orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any preordered items.

All sales on preordered items are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is placed. In the event that a preordered item becomes unavailable or is cancelled, customers will be notified and given the option to select an alternative product or receive a full refund.

By placing a preorder, customers accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

Personalised Product Timeframes

Personalised products, such as custom-engraved, Vinyl, printed items, may require additional time to be made before they can be shipped.

Customers will be advised of the expected lead time for personalised products at the time of purchase, please find in the product descriptions. Where bulk personalised items are required our team will contact you and provide an estimated time. Please add comments in your order if there is a particular date you are aiming for. We will try our best to accomodate. Crafty Inspirations will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delays.

If a customer places an order for both personalised and in-stock items, the order will not ship until all items are ready.

If customers wish to have the in-stock items shipped immediately, they will need to place separate orders for the in-stock and personalised items.These will attract seperate freight charges.

Product Suggestions & Sourcing

Looking for a product but can't find it? In some cases, customers may request a product that is not currently available or stocked in our inventory. Product suggestions and sourcing requests can be made by contacting our team at info@crafty-inspirations.com.au We strive to provide our customers with a wide range of products at competitive prices.

Returns

Our returns policy for damaged goods is simple: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We may require you to provide proof of the damage, such as a photograph or request its return. We will then arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the severity of the damage and the availability of the item. 

Email info@crafty-inspirations.com.au with your order number as the subject with 'Damaged' to kick off the process. Having all the order information will make the process easier and more efficient.

If you have purchased an item from us without any personalisation we are happy to provide you with store credit once the item is returned to us. The item must have a proof of purchase and be in the same condition as when it was sent to you, including any labels and packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After this period requests will be rejected or attract a restocking fees at our discretion. Our team will discuss any options with you for consideration.

Email info@crafty-inspirations.com.au with your order number as the subject with 'Returns' to kick off the process. Having all the order information will make the process easier and more efficient. Return freight is at the customers expense.

Personalised Goods Returns

At Crafty Inspirations, we understand that personalised goods are a special purchase, and we are committed to providing our customers with a high quality product. We do not accept returns on personalized goods, as they are created specifically for each customer. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your personalised goods, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We thank you for your understanding

 

Freight Charges

Freight charges may apply to certain products or orders based on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment. These charges will be clearly stated during the checkout process before the order is placed.

For orders that require freight shipping, the cost of freight will be calculated based on the dimensions, weight, and destination of the shipment.

Some items may have a free shipping option available or free express upgrades. These will be displayed on our website when offers and promotions are running. 

In some cases, customers may be required to pay for additional freight charges for remote or difficult-to-reach locations.

If there is any discrepancy in the freight charges, we will contact the customer for confirmation before shipping the order.

If the customer refuses to pay the freight charges, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded the cost of the products minus any restocking fees.

 

Freight charges are subject to change without notice.

Freight Delivery Time 

Delivery times for freight shipments may vary based on the destination and carrier used.

We will provide an estimated delivery time at the time of purchase, but please note that these are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or carrier delays.

We will do our best to ensure that your freight shipment is delivered within the estimated delivery time, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times Crafty Inspirations will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.

Customers can track their freight shipment using the tracking number provided.

If you have not received your freight shipment within the estimated delivery time, please contact our team for assistance.

In some cases, we may not be able to provide delivery time estimates for certain products or destinations

Authority to Leave 

Customers have the option to provide authority to leave (ATL) for their order, which allows the carrier to leave the package at the specified delivery location without obtaining a signature.

By providing ATL, customers accept full responsibility for their package once it is delivered, and we will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

If the customer does not provide ATL and the carrier is unable to obtain a signature, the package will be returned to the warehouse and customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

We will not be liable if the package is left at a location specified by the customer and is later reported as lost or stolen.

Delivery Address Change 

Customers have the ability to change the delivery address of their order at any time before it is shipped. However, there are some restrictions and limitations that apply.

To change the delivery address, please contact our team as soon as possible at info@crafty-inspirations.com.au We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that the change will be possible.

If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. In such cases, customers will be responsible for any additional charges or fees that may apply if we are able to redirect the package to a new address.

If the order is being delivered by a third-party shipping company, we will do our best to update the delivery address on their system, but we cannot guarantee that the package will be redirected to the new address.

If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to

resend the package to a new address.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for any delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
